Your email address will be recorded should you make a contribution to the BECNT web site, or if you provide feedback through any of BECNT's online forms. Your email address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any mailing lists. We will not use or disclose your email address for any other purpose, without your prior written consent.

Browsing Our Site

When you visit this website, our Internet Service Provider logs your IP address and the pages accessed in a locked file on the website server. No attempt will be made to identify you or your browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet Service Provider's logs.

Registering for a BEC Workshop or Event

At the time of registering for Workshops or Events, we collect your name and contact details. This is so that we can register you correctly, and advise you of any changes in delivery times and generally manage the operational aspects of workshop and event delivery and any follow up coaching or mentoring activities. We keep this and other data collected at the time of registration for use in follow-up surveys to measure the effectiveness of these Workshops and Events and in providing reports to agencies that fund the BECNT. When you attend workshops, you will be asked if you wish to have a BECNT representative contact you in follow-up visits. If you agree this will happen.

Small Business Answers and General Enquiries Data Collection

Clients who contact BECNT with general business enquiries or as a result of any of our programs may be asked a number of general questions relating to their existing or proposed business. This information is recorded, and summarized for reporting requirements. The type of information recorded includes type of business, area, contact details, location. BECNT will also use these contact details to provide on-going information to these clients as new information comes to hand, through newsletters, etc, and to contact you for feedback on how effective our assistance has been.

Information Collected

Information provided to BECNT will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and is not disclosed to any other party unless stated as otherwise. Client contact information is kept by BECNT to process transactions. It will not be published or passed on to anyone.
