Research shows that training your employees can increase productivity, profits, motivation and customer satisfaction.

Identify the gap between the skills your staff have and the skills your business needs - this will help you to work out the types of training that will best suit your staff. You can do this by talking to your staff about the sorts of skills that may help them to do their job more effectively.
